The observation about doing more things making isolation of what works impossible is underrated. I've watched teams burn out because they couldn't tell if the growth came from the email campaign, the social push, or the referral program since everything was runing at once. Quietness lets data breathe and actually teaches what to double down on, but quietnes feels like inaction which is why nobody does it even when logic says they should.
